I am not playing as much, but still love the game. Started qualifying in arena after a long hiatus, and what can i say about WZ? Too much fun. Looking forward to trying infection…

I’m at 146 and I feel the same way. Infection is the most fun I’ve had in Arena and it’s easily my favorite version out of all the Halos.
So the grind starts to set in around like…140 or something?

If you are going for xp, I didn’t feel it until 144. The point though is that it still entertains, even after 1700 games.

I’m there now. I though I would reach 152 by summer’s end. Boy, was I wrong. The grind is definitely on. I have been at 144 for days now and the bar is barely moving despite numerous games and great points added. It’s rough but I’m not stopping now. I might as well grind to the end.
The real grind I first felt at 144 that is now baby poo compared to 145. Really in dire need of firefight to help get the xp train rolling.

I’m still having a lot of fun playing though and I say this is entirely due to the fact that I really enjoy laughing and talking with my teammates in my company. I would have left forever ago if I was playing lone wolf.
Pretty sure getting from 151-152 has been stated as just as long as 1-150.

Yeah I have heard 144 or 145 is where it starts taking quite a while to level up, I am at 142 and not looking forward to the days of not leveling up for weeks, possibly months, at a time
On Friday last weekend I was on Infection for about 5hrs straight so yeah infection is fun.
Just hit 145 this week, I’m right with you brother

I am there now. The grind is so long and arduous I feel like putting down the game for a few months or maybe leaving it altogether. I am not getting any decent REQ packs and certainly no “legendary” XP packs and just standard vehicles and weaponry. I am a “lone wolf” player although I belong to a Spartan company. We are grinding for the helmet. Between that and the fact that I unlocked everything, makes me want to finish and get to the 152.

I really didn’t expect to like it as much as I do. The maps are great and spooky. Reach’s Infection and Halo 4’s Flood held no interest for me.
I am so far from that grind, but I plan on getting there at some point.
