Ive been assassinating the elite more then 100x on the pillar of autumn and still havent gotten the challenge complete so yall -Yoink- might want to do something about that.

I can confirm it is possible to unlock (I do agree it is buggy and should be given at times but it doesn’t), I do have the helmet. What I found was when jumping off the cliff dont be sprinting in air. For what ever reason it allows you to survive. The hight from the cliff to the floor is just barely out range for the player to die from fall damage. So to make it more sure its a death at the height I got on the boulder and jump off it to assassinate the elite. Also making sure he was on the dirt and not on the grass made it, for what ever reason, more likely to die from fall damage. Doing this made the game calculate the fall is a for sure death more often. I’m sure nightfall may be a better solution but I did do it on the PoA
Try Nightfall. The other topic’s saying it works on that mission.
