Hey guys, if you need help with the Warden Eternal on Solo Legendary on Mission 5, than check out this video I made on my youtube channel. If you follow these steps you can beat him in less than two minutes. It took me 40 tries to figure out this method, and it works every time. All you have to do is run up behind him in the very beginning and use the promethian grenades before he turns around. It is super easy. You don’t even have to worry about all his minions. This is similar to what I did, I was fed up of playing safe around edges getting odd shot into his back then just get sniped and the AI wont picked me up or dead. So I just ran for the incendiary cannon and just unloaded into its back went down in about 30 seconds.
Ah nice, i shall give that a go for sure.
Try that time on mission 14
I have got to be honest, I did the campaign on legendary first time and didn’t get stuck on any of the warden eternally up until you fight the three of them together and even them I had a strategy which worked, it was just getting it to play out. Took my 45mins I believe.
I’m not yet to the fight against three of them, but I heard it was pretty hard. Does it matter what weapons you have with you at that part?

it’s not that bad. actually i thought that warden fight was easier than the others. all you need is a scattershot. as soon as you enter the room go to either the left or right side near the door. one warden will rush you, dodge his sword and spam that scattershot on his back. then do the exact same for the other two. only one rushes you at a time. and there’s scattershot ammo on the side of the pillars right above the right wall.
if you can get full binary rifle ammo and a scattershot you’ll drop them really quick, it’s nice because they don’t spawn any ads
I just ran around the two pillars where you enter the area, kept him chasing me, and when he attacked the pillar (aiming for me) with his sword attack… I ran up behind him and shot him with the Scattershot. For some reason, his little minions don’t come down there… or they don’t spawn if you’re back there. Either way, I didn’t come close to death once on Legendary.
I figured that out after a handful of tries, and beat him my first try doing it that way.

I’ll have to give this a try when i decide to do legendary difficulty. On my first playthrough i played on heroic and I didn’t have the slightest clue on how to beat him. By accident i got knocked onto the ramp that takes you up to the incinerator cannon and then i didn’t know you could charge up the cannon (didn’t figure that out until the second time you fight him). I did it the hard way. Well i guess i know now! Any suggestions on how to beat the 3 of him near the end of the game on Legendary?
A person mentioned to me that on mission 5 there is another incinerator you can pick up before you reach the Warden that you can take in place of rockets. Then all you have to do is empty it into the warden and then pick up the other incinerator and wallah, the deed is done. It may be faster than my own method.

I haven’t completed Mission 14 yet, but I think it’s important you exit the area before the three Wardens with a full Light Rifle and Binary Rifle.
When I got into the arena where you fight the Wardens, I quickly switched my LR out for a Incineration Cannon, and shot one Warden in the chest with the IC and used my Binary to take some shots on his back. Once I wasted all my Binary shots, I used my LR on the other Wardens.

I’ll have to try out the binary rifle, A lot of people have been saying it works well on legendary vs the wardens.
Apparently I’m the only one who all 3 wardens decided to attack at once. One would be attacking my team, another on me and the last one standing in the middle of the stage shooting me…it was ridiculous! Thankfully you get a checkpoint after defeating each of them. I looked at that video of the max binary and that didn’t work either. Eventually I just ended up taking one out with the binary, second with the cannon and the final with the scattershot. I was so irritated watching the video and he says the other two stay and one attacks at a time because it was not the case for me

I’ll have to try this. The one time I’ve managed to take the guy down, I died in the final shot and my fireteam decided that they wouldn’t revive me.
