beat legendary solo offline, no commendations

i beat campaign solo legendary, but i played a few levels offline. i have the achievements but i dont have the armor

You have to be online to get the commendations/armor I think

lol actually no, not your welcome. you stated what i already knew. i knew what levels it said i didnt have completed. whatever, i went back and beat them again for the second time on legendary

Keyword: Offline

Commendations are only earned when you play online. Make sure your internet connection is working before you complete a mission.

same thing happened to me. no commendations or waypoint unlocks, but achievements. I did it all in co-op and it all got unlocked.
