So it took me forever to beat Halo: 2 on Normal (Yea I’m that bad…but I love it!) but when I tried to change my Nameplate…it locked up so I restarted Xbox then launched game again and tried again…but same result…after waiting for like half an hour it loaded but…the Nameplate for when you beat Halo: 2 on Normal didn’t unlock…I checked on my Service Record for Halo: 2 (Master chief Collection) and it says I’ve beaten all the levels on Normal. I even have the Warrior achievement that says I beat every level on Normal Difficulty for Halo: 2. why did this Happen?
I’m not sure, yet I also have completed every level of H2 (over 150 games of campaign) on normal and still haven’t got any normal achievements/rewards. It’s probably because I use bandana…
I had IWHBYD skull on, and maybe 2 others. maybe it’s the skulls…if it is that’s kind of dumb I only picked ones that made it harder…
Just completed Halo: 3 now on Normal with no skulls at all…after i finished all the levels it sent me back to menu and said “Active user signed out” so is this a troll by 343i? signing me out so I can’t get my Well earned Nameplates and such? 
they need to fix this…

Not a permanent fix but if you mash A on the nameplate you want right before a matchmaking game begins, you’ll have it applied to your profile.
