Just spent all that time on playing Halo 2 on Legendary & never got any achievements…
Check your Waypoint stats for H2A and make sure that it registered all levels as completed. If some are marked as uncompleted - you will have to play them again.
Trust me I completed H4 and never got the achievement. I was sad
