Okay so I beat the game, every mission, on legendary with 2 friends and after hours of playing we get back to the lobby and everyone gets there armor…but me. It says I’ve completed the game on legendary, you can check my profile. Why the hell didn’t i get it. I checked my commendations and for some reason I don’t have the commendations for infinity- legend, even though my service record states i beat it.
I seriously don’t wanna have to play that whole thing over it was hard as f!@#
I really wanna be master chief, its the only reason I even played on legendary what do I do 343 please help 
(Earlier that day in war games I was showing up as a SR 1 even though I’m SR 40 and it would only let me have the beginner load outs I have no clue why)
Did you do it coop or solo?
If you did in coop, remember to check if you carried on a mission from a Rally Points, that checks that mission as undone.
I did it on co-op all the way through. Whole game in one serving.
The Mark VI armor is only unlocked if all eight Legendary Campaign commendations are completed. Maybe try replaying Infinity on Legendary from the beginning and play through to that level’s completion.
Okay so i believe i was for an unknown reason, on a “fallback hopper" server (I don’t know exactly what that is but the FAQ description of what happened when you’re on one matches) as I played the game. And I get no access to commendations while that happens?
It took me 7 hours of my life to beat this game on legendary. 343 are you guys really about to tell me I have to do it over because of a connection error? My game was working fine I don’t get it. Seriously…just…give…me…my…armor…
And seriously there was no warning or information offered about being on a bad connection and how it would effect my game. That’s just not fair, i spent 65 bucks on a game that’s gonna jip me out of my virtual rewards…

It unlocks when Waypoint sees that you completed the campaign on legendary. It needs to be done while online.
Go to your Waypoint career and click on the campaign tab. This will tell you which mission you did not complete online.
Worked for me, hopefully it will work for you, too.

If you are only missing the Infinity commendation then do that level over. I had to do two of the first five spartan ops missions on leg three times before the server accepted it and I got the achievement.

You need to redoo mission 5-8

I suggest you play and beat the campaign while signed in to waypoint and with you PC on. Thats How I got mine to register.

You don’t get Mark IV armor when you beat the Campaign on Legendary you get the Mark VI armor. 
I beat the Campaign on legendary nut nothing! I played online wit hmy friend but still nothing! I can’t believe this! Before we started the campaign me and my friend were joking about if we beat the campaign one one of didn’t get the armor. well it happened and he did get the armor! >:I

Check your service record. You are missing Mission 3 (Forerunner). Sometimes, perhaps through some connection error with Xbox LIVE, some missions don’t get saved. You can just play Forerunner again on Legendary starting at the last rally point and you’ll get the Legend commendation, which unlocks the Mark VI armor.

this is horse s*** i spent 2 nights on the campaign, i raged to much i scared my dog so badly he s*** on my bed, i grabbed a knife and stabbed my pillow over 30 times, and to top it all off, i get no mark iv armor, PLEEEEEEEAAASSSEE give me my armor, i’ll mow your lawn

Whoa there, I think that may be a bit too aggressive for my liking (not that I wouldn’t have the same reaction).
Also, don’t bypass the world filter or post on ancient threads.
