Yay or Nay? I dig the Beam Rifle in this game and would like to see it as a loadout in future Team Snipers playlists. Anyone agree?
Or binary. Love that sniper rifle.
Binary Rifle would be a bit overpowered, I think. The Beam Rifle is close enough to the Sniper Rifle for it to not make too much of a difference.

It’s a sniper rifle that you never have to reload if you know what you’re doing, so no.
I think Binary Rifle users would be dominated in a strictly sniper match.
It’s slow and only has 2 shots before reload and also paints a giant laser announcing to everyone where you’re at.

Can the beam rifle 1sk with a headshot? I only used it once in campaign, and headshots only took shields down… Of course this was on legendary so.

Since the last Halo I played was Halo Reach, I sort of miss the Covenant Sniper because the Covie Sniper in Reach sucked hard since.

I loved the Focus Rifle. I melted plenty of faces off with that thing. I’m sad now that you said my gun sucks. 
Have Beam Rifles as Weapons on Map
God no. way to OP. Never have to reload, much easier to get headshots with and much quicker body shots, and has a huge advantage in no scoping (which is the majority of team snipers) due to how fast it can shoot.
Only as a pickup. Its to good to be spawned with.Shoots faster, No Reload
But the biggest thing is that its WAY* to easy to no-scope with it. Nobody would use the default sniper.
I’ll say no because then it’s not as competitive. If everyone get’s the same stuff, then you really need to rely on your own skill, not a better weapon to succeed.
I don’t think it should be in it. Auto-aim, and no reload? No one would use the regular sniper rifle if it was in.

No scoping has never been the “majority” of Team Snipers.
Least of all in Halo 4 with it’s disgusting BTB maps.
And it’s advantage comes from the extra magnetism and not it’s rate of fire…
I personally think they should just have them on the maps. What ever happened to halo I mean alls you see are people down and arguing that how 343 changed everything it’s very simple just keep it to the regular sniper I even wish they would take out sprint and reduce the power to both weapons a tad so when you 3/4 shield you don’t die but it’s my opinion…
