Im done complaining about this game and I’m going to focus on the good things about it. Compared to other games, this game is godly. I just put in my battlefield 3 disc after being bored of reach and couldn’t believe what I was seeing.
Turns out dice/ea are renting out servers for Microsoft points and now kids are making their own servers with knife only rules. These kids are also allowed to ban people and do whatever they want. You might be thinking this is kinda cool, but what I didn’t mention was that there are barely any official ea servers(there might be none at all). So I’m basically forced to play a 5000 ticket game on a single map so something stupid like that.
It looks like reach is a really bad game, but compared to the other stuff out there, it’s a godsend.
What’s worse is that I bought the map pack for bf3, right before I found out about the server renting bs.
I’m sick of seeing people complain about Reach. It’s a good game. Halo has been around for 10 years, longer than most games out nowadays and still remains to please but it’s down to greedy people that keep wanting more or just suck at the game and demand change.
I’m not that good at the game but I seem to win most confrontations in games because I simply get on with the game. Bloom is fine, Armour Lock is alright (annoying, but okay) and the general architecture of the game is good too (cR system etc…).
Rant over, and good to see more people give credit to this good game.
Oh, I know. Battlefield 3 is just so…bad. Never mind the fact that it now has player owned servers, I can’t even do anything on it. I guess lame DICE are leaving people who don’t have lots of money in the dark, because my 480P TV that isn’t HD doesn’t even have the game support it’s resolution.
Not to mention the graphics are extremely flawed anyway. Hardly any anti alias. Enemies totally blend in with the nasty jaggies.
Nice OP. So many little complaints, but if you just take a step back you see halo is still the best shooter on xbox. Its always been the case.
I cant believe theyre renting servers out for spacebucks and little tarded little kids admin them now, how horiffic. Glad im not into the real war glorification scene.

I’ve seen posts of people getting banned for killing the owner in game. I guess that’s what happens when you let 12 year olds be in charge of a server

Renting out server for MS Points sounds like the worst idea ever! This makes me glad I don’t play Battlefield.
That the rest of the industry is completely down the drain does not excuse it I’m afraid. Quality is a solid bar that is set high. It isn’t set relative to the heap.

Somehow, I think you might have more bragging rights if you got presents, a cookie, and a hot girlfriend with Master Chief’s signature on her. It says more about your caliber snicker than about what you were gifted.
I enjoy Reach a lot. It is one of the best Halo games. Sure I miss playing as John117 but Noble6 is bad -Yoink- too. The only thing I really see that I dont like is the no BR but the DMR gets the job done. People complain about it because they cant adapt. But over all, Reach is amazing <3
