Be honest...How much have you spent in the store for Halo Infinite?

I bought the Battle Pass, and I completely regretted it after completing it. At least it was only $10 thrown down the drain, but still it was money 343 didn’t even deserve. If Infinite doesn’t get sorted out chances are I’ll never spend another penny on Halo Infinite.

$0,

Bought the BP and hugely regretted it, considering how much they siphoned off of it to sell in the store.

Tbh, laughing at all of you who spent a bunch on the store… in fact, lots of people are laughing at you in game when we see you decked out in a bunch of goofy junk that you paid for. If people like you wouldn’t play into their hands, we wouldn’t have this kind of ridiculous mtx system.

Had the campaign through game pass but frankly won’t be purchasing it if they aren’t planning on adding any free content updates to it, it was absolutely devoid of content, an empty gesture of an open world.

Microtransactions are the best thing to happen to multiplayer gaming in my opinion.

You will not change my mind.

I have the battle pass. Otherwise, nothing.

Lol mtx are the worst thing to happen to gaming in the last decade.

Tell me in what way the store possibly improves the experience of Infinite over a system like Reach combined with seasonal updates/battlepasses.

Tons. Including all the HCS skins, won’t be shamed for spending money I earned on what I want.

I have spent NOTHING on this travesty of a game. Zero. Zilch. Nada. Nashi.

Nothing.

And why is that the best thing? Care to explain or just trolling?

I haven’t purchased anything and i’m not going to buy any microtransaction ever

That’s a little bit of an extreme judgement, assuming all people should feel exactly how you do.

So just making sure that you’re consistent with your beliefs, I’m sure you don’t own a single item from Nike, Adidas, or any of the other hundreds of companies that offload their labor costs to 3rd world countries sweat shop conditions, right?

Yes true, I being hyperbolic.

You’re 2nd paragraph? Bless you…lol…fro.

On the shop? Nothing, Its all garbage. should be free.

I’ve gotten the battle pass $10
Wish it had better items and maybe alittle harder to complete since it took less then a month to finish
And the hcs faze gear
hopefully theres better stuff and the game runs smoothly in season 2

I have bought crimson serpent and a challenge swap pack with the extra 200 points in the $20 bundle.
So, $30 worth of points, but only $8 worth of store items and $10 for the pass. I still have $12 worth of points left over. The extra $10 is for Season 2.
Edit: The swap pack was pre-challenge patch because I ran out of swaps for those BS challenges.

I have spent exactly $0.00 USD on anything in the Infinite store. I have numerous reasons why I won’t give Infinite any more of my money, but of course they don’t like to hear valid criticism when it’s due.

I spent the $10 for the battle pass and I think maybe 40-50 on store stuff so far

Since the introduction of microtransactions, supported games have gotten more updates, content and improvements than games that came before them all for free if you want them to be. This has helped many games hold a more stable population resulting in better matchups.

I have been able to play games I never would have bought, for free and found out I enjoyed them, Splitgate, Fortnite, Warzone and Rocket League to name a few. I’ve never cared about cosmetics and will happily rock the default skin in most games and enjoy the gameplay.

In Reach they released map packs which were limited to certain playlists and everyone needed to have them so you usually only got to play them in custom games or in designated playlists. It was restrictive and you didn’t get to play maps you paid for often. Now games get all maps free and all gamers can enjoy them. For all the map packs in Reach it was $40.

Also with Halo Infinite, I have paid £55 for what I’ve bought. The price of one game and I have multiple options where my Spartan is perfectly tailored to how I want it. In Reach there wasn’t enough variety to give me what I wanted out of it. Maybe it was for others but eventually this game will have a huge amount of customisation and for the price of the game you can have what you want from it. The game will get more support and updates and free maps.

For younger gamers, people with less money, this is a great way for them to be able to play more games and with their friends. I love how I can thoroughly test the game before putting a single penny into it. You also usually don’t need Xbox live to play it, another perk of the system. Have to say I hugely support free to play games as I’d rather have to pay for an armour colour than a map. Because having to pay for the map means I barely get to play it the way I want to (in all playlists, regularly).

$20-$30 plus BP. Yes the prices are a ripoff but so is every other game out there. I’ll buy something I like if I think I’ll use it. If I won’t then I pass.

I’ve been playing Apex recently since Infinite is a mess and good lord are those shop prices insane.
