Hi 343,
Ive been having issues playing the back-compat Halo Reach on xbox one. Whenever i choose a gamer profile so my stuff is saved, a message pops up that says: Sorry, this profile can’t connect to Xbox live on this console. To fix it, download it again. I had an outstanding connection to xbox live and I have tried to fix it many times to no avail. I also dont really understand the message either.
