I purchased the BP in-game on my desktop and it is useable. However, on an Xbox or any other PC with the same account, it wants me to purchase the battle pass again. My account the BP progression sync just fine so I know it’s not an issue of the account not syncing.
It’s almost as if the Battlepass is tied to the hardware and not the account. Based on FAQ 343 put out this wouldn’t be the case. Its got to be a bug. However, I tried to submit a ticket to CS but they blew me off and said we cant give you free stuff go away basically. I was just trying to report a bug. Hopefully posting here will help.
