In the Halo Universe there has been thousands of battles mentioned, but they always have a lack of details. I want to either work with a group or take it on myself to descrbie these battles in detail. Is anyone else interested in this proposition? If you are please message me here.

No known commanders, losses known, but the information of tactics used is limited to non-existant
I’m going to start working on an example so that it is more clear on what I am proposing happen with this thread.
I’ve written a short story about a platoon guarding a trio of surface to air missile batteries during the Battle of Eridanus II. I didn’t really make the story for the sake of expanding upon an unseen event, however. Its more of a primer for the main character.
I sort of had an idea where 343 or another company would make a game that took place during battles throughout the Human-Covenant War. This would put you in the role of a non-spartan and you would participate in large cooperative online battles on a planet that would last several days in real-time and requires the teamwork and cooperation of everyone playing, performing tasks such as fighting on the front lines, evacuating civilians, going on resupply runs, providing air support, and defending vital points on the planet. The battle would be battles that have not been fully fleshed out in the lore so this would put the fate of these planets in the hands of the online players.
However, thinking about it, I don’t think this would happen because this would be too costly.

Especially big and drawn out battles like
Battle of alluvion: were they manage to hold for a few weeks
Battle of actium:heavy casualties for the covenant
Battle of chi rho:nothing’s known but they were preparing a big last stand
Last stand at estuary:nothing knows except a punic class supercarrier participated in it
Siege of the atlas moons,battle of new constantinople,battle of new harmony-unsc victories
