Current word has it that the price will be around $10. I’m not sure if that’s official or not, but that’s what I’ve heard.

Seeing as just about every game has a 10 USD battlepass, I would imagine that stands true here for Halo Infinite.

Currently all users regardless of Trust Level cannot post links. Only Monitors have that ability as of right now. Similarly Photo Posting is disabled across all Trust Levels and will most likely not be enabled for non-Monitors.

It was confirmed to be $10, which is on par with about every other battlepass on every other game that features one. Value is higher here since it stays forever

Referencing the IGN article where they talk about Battle Passes, events and progression, one of the developers specifically mention $10 for a battle pass so that seems to be pretty much confirmed at this point. Keep in mind though that that price can change so best not to take it as an absolute fact at this point. They’d be crazy to go over $15 though.

a few games have a different battle pass, bronze, silver, gold.
343 is new to this but they may follow the same path

I did not know that there were games with different tiers of paid battle passes. I don’t think that would go over too well so I’m sure 343 will stick with a simple free and then paid battle pass tier. With the ability to pay to level up the battle pass I wouldn’t be surprised if they also had a bundle that gave you a certain number of levels in the battle pass up front like what Fortnite and Call of Duty offer.

While true it is a higher value, but it’s not like there’s just one Battle Pass, there will be a handful throughout the year, and they’ll each cost $10, and I’m curious what the consensus of them will be.
I wonder if eventually people might start to want a different system where, maybe they don’t last forever but in return you make your $10 back via points you acquire throughout the Battle Pass, like a lot of other games do. An argument could definitely be made that with a $10 Battle Pass the game is no longer free. Let’s say in a given year there’s 4 total Battle Passes, well that’s presumably $40. Battle Passes mostly feature cosmetics, but that’s still content locked behind a paywall.

With other games you usually earn enough credit to get the next battle pass if you don’t use that credit in the main store.
I hope this is the case for Infinite too.

The problem I see is that Infinite will not give you a way to get free credits through the battle pass, so microtransactions are more aggressive than Halo 5 I dare say
