With the huge success of Battle Royale games is it time that halo gets its own battle Royale ? Similar to Fortnite BR , PUBG , COD blackout , apex legends and way more .

343i have already stated that the only BR in Halo is the battle rifle, and quite frankly I do not want to see battle royale in Halo. Halo can quite easily hold its own without having to follow the latest trend.

In Infinite, no. I want 343i to make a Halo BR but I want it to be its own separate game, not tied to anything like Infinite.

Really ? Fortnite just had it’s first world championship with a prize pool of $30 Million. That’s far from dying from where I sit. BR is going nowhere at this point in time imo. I would love a stand alone Halo Battle Royale.
No. Lets think about this. The lag is already unbearable and there are still complaints about warzone, an 8v8 btw. A BR is 100 players against each other, I say no.

I believe it’s more…about a lot of us just wish the genre itself would die off. If people like it then that’s fine but Halo needs to be setting ‘trends’, not just following them…I saw what happened with Fornite and I liked ‘save the earth’, yet ‘BR’ basically killed the mode and have barely cared to go back since then. I’m mainly concerned that a lot of cool idea’s for Halo would be dropped to cater to this game-type since I’ve seen this happened multiply times in games I previously enjoyed. Anyway as the dev’s have said…you could make this in forge so I don’t see why they need to make the same mode that the community themselves can already make by sounds of it and I suspect we’ll see a ‘Forge’ World that will probably have plenty of space.
For the love of god, please no battle royale. Fortnite is enough to rip my hair out.

Oh lord… please please please no more BR… Thankfully 343 have already addressed this notion and said no. It’s a fine genre of games and more power to those who like it, but I don’t want Halo to be a part of the genre.
yes, i think that this is the type of change that 343i should be looking for, instead of character changes like abilities they should focus on maps and game modes
343 pretty much confirmed no battle royal and honestly I’m thankful for that. My opinion is biased because I do not like those games personally. It just doesn’t belong in Halo, especially as a main title. If they were to make a game that wasn’t a main title It wouldn’t be the end of the world but that would be the first Halo game I never buy.
