The curious part in in game it says I have 300 XP to next reward but on the waypoint app it says 7200 out of 10000, and now that the site for bug reports is bugged out for me I can even submit a report
Have you been completing challenges and still not earning the XP? If you are as high of level as you stated its very likely you have completed all the weekly challenges of the pass already and are only left with the daily challenges. Many are in a similar situation where they are stuck on a daily challenge which requires PVP matches so there are no challenges left to complete for the day so therefore no way to earn any additional XP of for the pass.
