The battlepass was rearranged between this flight and last flight- meaning if you had progress or completion of the last iteration of the Season 0 pass, you got to keep the items you unlocked that were moved to later teirs. However, you lost access to the stuff that was moved to the unlocked teirs. I had completed the last pass, and now have lost access to the additional unlocks as they were scrambled with the new pass.
Same here, stuff that shows ‘unlocked’ at level 10, for example, is actually locked in customization.
I noticed that too, once I finally managed to gain temporary access to the game. Especially that my progress saved from the previous flight. However, this seems have resulted in two items remaining locked even though they shouldn’t be. The items in question are Medaux I or whatever it’s called, and a chestplate called Jack…something-plate. I can’t remember these names! But does this mean I won’t be able to access those items at all during the flight, or will the issue resolve itself at some point?

I think we’d need to be reset to everyone being at level 1 for it to work
I definitely would like to see them implement a fix so we can get these items before the flight closes. I can’t imagine it being a hard fix, just set the game to recognize players have those items unlocked if they have a certain level…

Complete to 20 last flight and kept the progress, including broken items as motioned above.
But for me, the whole customization is broken.
I cannot change any armor piece, even one I have unlocked that should still be unlocked according to the battle pass.
I tried fixing it through resetting my spartan, but that just resulted in me being stuck playing as a generic grey spartan.
I LOVE customization in games and this bug really pisses me off.

So I was able to change stuff at the beginning of the flight last night, but after a match, I was unable to change colors, or gear. Kinda frustrating.
Glad I’m not the only person having this problem, it’s no huge deal but It would be nice to use what I have unlocked

This is exactly what happened to me- completed the last pass, lost out on a ton of content for it. Shucks.
