This is the setup of a Roleplay for ODST’s of a fictional battalion called - 9th Shock Troops Battalion. During the Battle of Earth, the Covenant sends 1 CAS-Class Assault Carrier, 3 ORS-class Heavy Cruisers and 6 CCS-class Battlecruisers to Beijing, China, a mega city since 2134. ODST’s from low orbit onboard UNSC Utopian Victory, a Halcyon-class Cruiser. The mission is to drop on any ship and destroy it, once they do, fight on ground.

Paul was born in a large city at Harvest, and in 2528, after wanting to join the Marine Corps his entire life, he went to Military Academy on Reach, after having to be moved planets in 2525. In 2531, Second Lieutenant Paul Lavender was offered into the ODST’s, and accepted.
After multiple battles, and a few promotions, he was promoted to Lieutenant Colonel in 2552. Every now and then, he will work commanding onboard a ship, or fighting on the ground, feet first into hell. On the 29 October 2552, the Battle of Beijing began, and under the command of Fleet Admiral Lord Terrance Hood, thousands of Marines were sent. Then more ships appeared, so ODST’s were sent.
