No. First of all it just doesn’t fit. Second of all, we learn of the Cief’s feelings through his voice as we can’t see him. A bat voice would make emotions so hard to discern.
Plus, the Bat voice sounds like a hoarse man who had several cox in his throat.
No, and you know why? Batman can create all of this technology and not even THINK of a voice modifier. -.-
Steve should be the only voice for the Chief. No one, I repeat, NO ONE should replace him.
