It seems that way to me. It’s a bit disappointing if it is true, because clamber was meant to be used on areas just out of reach with normal jump, not on most areas a normal jump would do. I’m just paranoid, I want to bunny hop.
I don’t personally see any evidence of this. Jump height felt fantastic in the beta to me, and I haven’t read anything about a jump height nerf.

Good job op, only half a year late with your beta feedback. The only reason you made this was to get the community clawing at each others throats
I never sensed any of this when playing, it felt more like if I crouch jumped would be the same height as clamber.
I always felt like I was jumping on the moon anyway. But I didn’t feel any difference on the beta.
It would be more accurate to say that ledges were raised in order to force the use of clamber.
I’d say the fact that there’s nothing worth regular jumping on (assuming there’s anything at all that you can jump on that you don’t need clamber for) that encourages/ forces clamber. Pretty sure if it’s worth jumping on, clamber is required.
Let’s forget about the base jump height…and think about Ground-Pound Base-jumping!!!
Base jump was reduced from Halo 3 to Reach and was then raised again in Halo 4(however it still wasn’t as high as halo 3). The jump height in halo 5 is no different from Halo 4.

This. The maps were designed so that you have to clamber instead of crouch jump.
Sprint balance OP.
haven’t noticed any reduction while playing or watching clips

A rude assumption. I only recently noticed it in Warzone when a prime example popped up. Had I noticed in the beta I would have said it then.
