Because people are don’t want to waste a REQ or don’t have the good ones to contribute anything. Barely won twice all day.
I totally understand the players. Wish 343 would’ve either made REQs a bit more valuable or give them out a bit more easier so there’d be balance.
As it stands most of the times I play with people who don’t use high reqs or don’t want to and I can understand why. Still we lose a lot. I mean a lot.
Very frustrating.
It’s one week and I’m slowly getting sick of FF. Which disheartens me as I love Halo FF. But it’s not fun. You sit there with your high REQ scorpion taking cover popping up hitting one button repeatedly for minutes straight. No versatility no variety.

We just need to get 343i’s attention. As far as I know they haven’t responded to our feedback and constructive criticism.
I’ve played so many games today and lost every single one. I don’t use req weapons at all, they’re almost useless. I just wait until I get to level 6 to spawn a tank or wraith.
I’m looking forward to 343i’s rebalancing the WZ Firefight a bit.
However, the reward should be bigger - especially for those newer players who don’t have a lot in their collection.
I could go full Warzone or Warzone Assault without calling any REQs and we can win.
Firefight without REQs? RIP.
Played over 70 games, about 20 victories.
Yup, Firefight is hard. Some rounds are quite impossible to win, especially if you have to defend those generators/cores.
I was surprised they shortened the round timer, in the beta it was 6:00, like with Asssault. Now? Often it isn’t enough.
Also, long spawns especially in crucial last round? Damn. Too long respawn, round to short.
Oh, and power weapons and vehicles… It’s a lot better to use vehicles because power weapons do barely any damage and they get empty.
Vehicle? You’re a lot safer and you can do A LOT more damage to many more enemies.
