Hey guys!
When Reach came out, Bungie released Halo Reach Xbox 360 controllers that came with a banshee avatar item. Despite already having the Halo Reach Xbox 360 Slim pre-ordered (that comes with two of those controllers), I bought the controller anyway for the avatar item because the banshee is my favorite thing in all the Halo games.
Well, when I went to enter in the code on my female avatar, it told me that the item was “male only.” Not cool.
This wouldn’t be the biggest deal in the world to me except for the fact that when I went to PAX East in 2010, I received a female-only exclusive PAX hoodie that I would like to wear. If I change my avatar over to male, I can’t wear it :C
I contacted Xbox and the person on the phone told me that they would fix it as Halo Reach was closer to being released. It’s been almost a year now and still nothing. I’ve asked Halo Waypoint on Facebook and even talked about it on the Bungie forums, but still nothing has been done.
Is it just going to be ignored or will it ever be fixed? Don’t be lame, 343. <3.
