bans because I'm getting disconnected from servers

I have been banned multiple times today because at the end of games I’m getting disconnected from the servers as shown here:

I just got disconnected from the server 3 times in a row before getting into a game. Now it says unable to connect to Halo 5 lobby servers, unable to sync latest saved data. What a going on ?

First ban cause that mine is almost a hole day
