Games tend to run 1 match behind, not 100% on why that is. It’s an automated system that places a ban on your account though, not a person.

Do you play Halo on another account or have your privacy settings set to not allow access to your service record? I checked but can’t see any data for Halo on your current gamertag. If you have another one, let me know and I can look and see why it might have been banned

Fast connections don’t mean you don’t or can’t have connection issues on your side. You could have the fastest connection available, but your ISP may have trouble routing traffic, your router could be failing or set up incorrectly. It’s very difficult to distinguish between quits and connection drops, as people ca and do simply exit the game, switch off their console or pull their ethernet cable. There isn’t really any way the game can detect that, it just sees that you have left the game. You only get banned for quitting excessivley. If you are using a wireless connection right now, I would switch to wired and see if that makes any dfference
