I have a pretty shoddy internet connection. I spent over $100 on the legendary version of H5. H5 is pretty much the only game I play. I cannot control the signal strength of my wifi. I accidentally dropped 2 games in a row and 343 has banned me for NINE HOURS. This is absolutely 100% unacceptable. Even if I was a troll that quit every single game, at the end of the day I paid money to play this game and you have no right to tell me when I can or cannot play it.
I hate kids that just quit games all the time too but this was out of my control and 9 hours is way too extreme. AT MOST a 2 hour ban would apply. Even that is excessive. A 9 hour ban, for reasons out of my control, just lost you a loyal customer since Combat Evolved. What a pretentious company you have to be to do something so awful.
