Banning active players on warzone

So long story shortly written. I played warzone assault today. As most people know, nobody talks online (people are in party or just muted). So when I feel like getting my team organized, am I talking to a brick wall. Instead of using my voice I am using quick xbox messages. Most people respond to them, because people are able to read them quickly while playing the game.

So today I wrote a tactical message to start up an last full out assault on warzone assault. Everyone confirmed and when I was about to get my own vehicle, I received the message ‘wake up John’ from the server…

Thanks 343 for marking me as inactive. Thanks for losing my legendary RP booster. Thanks for letting me out of the assault conclusion. I really appreciate the fact you 're trying to kick inactive players, but you’re doing it wrong…

This isn’t the first time something like this happend to me before. The kick would have been different if the auto kick checked up my score before actually kicking. Would a human kick the top 3 best scoring players?

So here is my solution and actual demand to make things right:

SOLUTION:
Put a voice command system in the game, so teams can organize themselves with defending and attacking on warzone. Or when you join warzone, disable the party chat option. I might remember this was also applied on earlier halo games.

Also with kicking inactive players, let the kicking system look to the progress the player made in the game. Top 5 players, who are actual putting effort in the game, should be immune to such random inactivity kicks.

DEMAND:
Give at least my legendary RP booster back or the RP received from it to make my case right. For full compensation also my used vehicle REQs (2 needler warthogs, 1 ultra ghost).

so i like the idea of trying to find change. disabling party chat is one of them
but are far as the immune thing goes no. if you are inactive it doesnt matter if you are first or last you arent helping the team. the first place guy could just not play for 3 minutes and still be immune how is that fair?

also why would you get compensated on reqs that werent lost? i doubt you pulled all three those reqs out at the same time. i dont see you getting the req card back either, there is no way of telling how many req points you would have gotten either since you didnt finish the game so i dont see that either.

it sounds like you were inactive for 30 + seconds? give or take. i mean if you weren’t in a party with these ppl and they were randoms, for everyone to confirm you had to go into each profile and send the message i assume (might be differently) that seems to take up quite a bit of time. you weren’t contributing to the push being gone that long to send 11 ppl messages, even if you just typed in all their GT into the recipients line that still takes a bit of time. im going to lean you were closer to a minute to send out this message or messages. at least.
