Banned?

I am very upset. I was just banned for apparently 5 hours. I did NOT quit a game. I even stayed in games where I was getting demolished because I was the only or one of two people who didn’t quit. I didn’t quit for the specific reason that I did not want to get banned, now I am banned anyway, wtf? When I finished my last game the game completed, I lost and then on the exit screen it said, you lost connection, then the next screen said I was banned. I do not have a mic or any crude symbol or tag. If I am getting banned for poor connection (which i haven’t experienced myself) then I would like a full refund for $60 plus my DLC pack that I bought through gamestop for $25. I would have like to spent my saturday playing Halo but was forced to continue sub quality games out of fear of getting banned if I quit and then ironically I am banned away after complete one of those types of games.

Hi,

I cant say anything about the refund, but I can talk about the problem. A lot of us have been having he same problem along with server lag (players running into walls, frozen clock, etc). Do you mind saying what your ISP is? Time Warner is having major issues with Halo 5, and also certain regions have been having major issues with halo 5. If you could also list that, this willhlp all.
