I just purchased halo 5 for my son and after 1 day he was banned? We read the rules after he was banned and it said he leaves game this could happen. He was not aware of this and will not do it again.
He does not have the ability to have conversations with anyone online and we monitor his play. We was getting removed from games by players because he was not very good.
please remove ban so he can enjoy playing the game.

The ban is temporary, it should state how long in the message. He can work his way back by not quitting games in the future.
If you quit to many games you get banned. The more you do it the longer it is. Unfortunately it counts disconnects as well… the longest I’ve seen a ban is a week, but the first one should be about 2 minutes.

Also it should be noted that players cannot kick other players out of Arena games unless you betray them a few times.
