I was banned for no reason or at least no valid reason I can see. My internet connection was flaking out and dropped a few games but that should not be a reason to permeantly kick a user off.

If possible can the ban be lifted or is it permanent.

it should give you a timer on the Ban Banner (lulz) when you try to enter a game

Lol we can see your game history. In the past week you’ve ‘disconnected’ out of more games than you’ve completed. I’m surprised it took them this long to ban you.

it looks like you DNF 6 games which is more than half that you have played

0 kills and 4 deaths in your only arena game makes me think you RQ’d

same for the warzone games that look like they were one sided with the exception of the 1000 to 942 game

based on that i can only vouch for the close game being a DC

I just tried playing 2 games of warzone and within the first two minutes the screen flashed black and I was suddenly looking at the main menu.

is that what happened?

can i be banned for the Servers being crap?

Tested my connection everything is Golden. Servers are the problem.

That doesnt sound like a (server-sided) connection problem

Thanks everyone for the replies. I might have to switch from the wireless connection to wired. I should have plenty of bandwidth though. The cox connection is a 100mbps and my router is fairly new. I was able to get in just now as well. So far my connection is stable.

I agree. In my experience, wired is the only way to fly.

It’s not permanent. You’re basically in time-out for leaving too many matches.

just got kicked/sent to menu for the 3rd game in a row.

I tested my connection from xbox one settings and it says its good.
i tested my connection from my computer to see if it was good.

yup. nothing funny on my end… stable everywhere else.

i dont know whats going on.
