recently my my friend got halo 5 an wanted to start playing. He played his first arena match when his mum called him , he was kicked
but on his first game he was banned for 8 HOURS.
Are you sure your friend was banned for 8 hours? First time bans are generally very short, only a few minutes. If it says 8:00 on the ban screen then it is likely only for 8 minutes

That was a very helpful response, thank you. I’ve heard the ban messages can be a little confusing at first (in terms of the duration of the ban).
Does this mean that your friend complained, you posted here, all in less than 8 minutes?
