I was playing Halo 5 online and after my 7 game online I got kicked out and I thought maybe it’s my internet, after all I only get 30 Mbps. So I re-entered the slayer lobby and was playing just fine until 4 minutes into it I get kicked out and a giant sign said “AUTO BANNED HAMMER” or something like that. What just happened and why am I being banned this is the first Xbox I have ever owned and first time playing Halo. If this is what I pay for then why bother? You realize that PlayStation is free and doesn’t do this kinda bull$4!t at all. Please fix this asap.
Sucks but that’s what you get for playing a competitive game. I would check in with my internet provider your ban should not be that long for first offense. Sorry but that’s the difference between halo and other games. We don’t like when people quit or in your case lag out but it ends in the same thing in the game 3v4.

PS3 is free, PS4 requires PLUS.
ANd remember, they added PS+ in order to have some revenue to increase the net code and limit those terrible hacks lol.
If it says you have been disconnected from the servers, shouldn’t it be able to tell the difference between you choosing to leave the game and the SERVER lagging you out?
I’ve been kicked from several Warzone and custom games, but was still connected to my party in xbox live. Warzone put me in waiting to join game session mode…
How many times did you lag out? I have had my fair share of match disconnects due to internet specifically in arena since that is all I play, but have yet to have been banned, it had to have been pretty excessive.
