So, I’ve been playing Halo 5 again for about 3 days. I’ve quit maybe 3 matches in the three days. Today I left a match open while I was busy and was kicked. Then the match after that I finished completely and waited until it was searching for a new game until I backed out to play doubles and the game screen froze for a second and then when it came back I was banned. Haha, I couldn’t even play the single player campaign. Honestly I’m not that upset but I feel it’s a little extreme considering I can’t play anything. It’s just froze on the home screen. I can’t press A or any other buttons except start and that just switches me from the home screen the the Arena game selection screen. Now that I think about it I am kind of pissed. I paid 60 bucks for a game and I should be able to at least play the content on the disk. Banning me from live is fine

Ban related traffic goes here. You can’t be banned from campaign. Try hard resetting your xbox.
You shouldn’t be banned from campaign. It honestly sound like the menus have locked up and are not functioning correctly.
Try restarting your game.
I think there’s a ban thread somewhere.
Also, stop leaving games.
