Hello, yesterday I was banned from halo for 4 hours for quitting too many games (3 to be exact) that day. That is more than normal but it wasnt going so well. Since then I have been unbanned and played one game that I did NOT leave and now I am banned for 24 hours. The thing is, I havent left any games today so I just want to play Halo

My advice to you is to try not leaving matches as much as possible. Try to tough it out if you can.
My friend would leave matches, and each time he’d get a considerably longer ban. For example, one time he quit a few games much like you and got a long ban. Next day, he’d only quit one match and he’d be banned for even longer. The cycle would continue until he stopped quitting matches.
