I was banned, for apparently no reason. It was a short time, but that’s a joke. First of all, I want to know why I was banned. It said banhammer (lol, losers) strikes, and didn’t appear to contain details as to why; although it flashed off the screen quickly. I want to know, specifically, why I was banned.
Moving forward, there’s going to be a big problem if I’m banned. I paid for a product that decides I’m not allowed to play, and then has nothing resembling customer service. I was removed from a game an hour prior to friendly fire, which was idiotic because it was a few grenades not intended for teammates.
I want an email informing me of the reason behind the ban, and how, since it was unwarranted, we can avoid that happening.
