ok i have the war games map pass and i got the map pack i was playing a game on the dlc then i got a taken out of the game and it said removed from game by moderator and my xbox turns of i switch it back on and im ban from xbox live 343 you -Yoinked!- up to much now your little screw up with the map pass has gotten me ban well done. hope you enjoy what youve done to your fan base you twisted it into your little game delay it glitch it then drive it into the ground like a piece of -Yoink- well done.
Wait, so they’re banning people for downloading maps with the map pass? That doesn’t make any sense.
You must have got banned for something else…
theyre banning no one for getting it free,
MS have already said its their error and if you managed to get it for free, then its yours.
you’ve obviously been caught doing something you’re not meant to be doing with your account if youve been banned.

So why is it that “@XboxSupport” has XboxSupport (1-5) as it’s name? They have other overflow accounts. XboxSupport1, XboxSupport2, XboxSupport3, XboxSupport 4 and XboxSupport5 are all Xbox Support accounts. On the bottom left of the text on XboxSupport’s page, it also says OFFICIAL Overflow Accounts: XboxSupport1 thru XboxSupport 12.
So no, it isn’t fake.

No, it’s real. If you look at the left side of their twitter page, it says…in big letters mind you… OFFICIAL OVERFLOW ACCOUNT.
Meaning that the main twitter account can’t always handle all of the stuff people send it, so they created a second account to make everyone’s life easier.
If you get them for free, they are yours. LE and Map Pass owners will not be compensated because the free glitch won’t be around forever. There was an issue early on where the automated ban system was banning those who got it for free and MS is working on reversing those bans.
If the ban isn’t reversed, contact MS and see what the deal is. If you were banned for a legitimate reason though…enjoy your ban.

What are we supposed to do? Obviously downloading the Crimson pack wasn’t why you were banned. Post in the forum the guy above you mentioned or contact customer support or something.

ive gotten a sorry message and unbanned so its fine it was a fail on their part
