Banned randomly and I can't figure out why???

I had just finished a matchmaking game and when I tried starting another game it said at the bottom that i was banned form matchmaking and i cant start a match with banned players. I’ve read all of the possible reason and I cannot figure out why it happened.
I have no mic so it cant be trash taking
I have no mods on my xbox
I have the wargames map pass
I only quit games when the lag is too much to handle and had only quit a hand full of games today. not to mention i havent played in weeks so it’s not like i had been doing it a lot
I dont cheat I’m a legit level 84
I don’t just sit idle by in games a lot, if ever.

is there ANYONE out there that can help me!? I’ve heard that these bans can be permanent and I would love to know what to do because I honestly have no idea why i could have been banned. I am a HUGE supporter of halo and feel that this has happened unjustly can anyone help?

Really, it seems like you haven’t done anything, so I don’t see why you’d be banned at all.

I don’t think it’ll last that long, but, if it does, I’d try to contact a moderator and have them message BS Angel or something.

I really don’t know what to do in this situation. Sorry.

A quick look at your stats tells me your quite rate might have hit the 12 - 15% threshold. If this is your 1st ban, I think its only for 24 to 72 hours. Post in that thread though, someone will be able to take a better look for you
