For some reason I just got banned??? I played 3 matches with my wife and a friend. Go to start a new match and come to find out im banned? I quit 1 match because the game froze in a loading screen. PLEASE HELP
I play on PC, I use the Gamepass version of Halo Infinite. Gamertag :GriMMammoth
Yeah that’s unfortunate, it seems as of right now even quitting one match (whether you did so intentionally or because of a game related issue such as crashing) will result in a suspension listed as a ban. I would try again in a few minutes, it might be lifted by then. As one leave shouldn’t constitute a full on ban. If it’s not gone within a few minutes, open a ticket.
I understand the reasoning, but they really need to look into it.
This happened to me in Halo 5, I did not quit but the game crashed. I Never will spend another dime on games like this; I feel my Money is not important to them when they falsely ban me, even if it’s only for 5 minutes.
