I just had my first 2 matches that I played this morning and unfortunately right at the end of the game I disconnected… So I thought it was my internet so I reset my modem and xbox and the second game I played it happened again… And then I received a BAN and I’m wondering if this is set in stone or am I really banned for real… This is my first ban in Halo and I’m a bit puzzled. Seeing as I have literally done nothing I am wondering what’s the process now.
Bans are automated so there are no appeals. You should have received a message indicating the length of your penalty.
According to your matchmaking history, you have a number of unfinished games (quitting, idling, disconnecting, etc.), which likely caused your ban.
