Due to high amount of game crashes I have been banned close to 2 days worth on my main account… after spending a good amount of money on the battle pass this is pretty sad…
343 please lift these bans until the crashing issue is resolved. I have done everything in my power to stop these crashes. c++ update drivers bios everything that is on the internet.
Please check my logs admins if you see this and you will see I have never left a match in my halo career.

Paying for something doesn’t automatically entitle you to better preferential treatment. Why would you even buy the BP all the way through anyway? It’s not like they go away.
That said, server issues are apparently pretty common. Personally I haven’t had any myself except from random ping spikes, but the system is there because of the possibility for people to pull their plug to avoid a ban. An easy fix to this would be allowing players to reconnect to a game they lost connection from legitimately.

Connection issues are sickening me a timer to region the match please.
Bans for server side issues are inexcusable and I would love to not get banned for a packet loss issue that is under a min of interruption if possible.
Halo seems to be the only series I have issues with.
no one is entitled man. that is some low iq education. I have supported halo for 20 years… I am happy to spend money, but if there is no support for the average person playing there is a problem.
You can if they crash 2-3 times and continue to que for ranked. I haven’t crashed once, but if I was consistently crashing I wouldn’t do ranked. It is literally common sense.
That being said not being able to re join a ranked game is the problem.
every time THE GAME CRASHES I would do what the internet provides on how to fix… still not 100% because I had one crash out of 15+ games today on a second account. The fact of the matter is obviously they should have rejoin it is 2021 for heaven sake… But to ban an account and not see how long the ban is really is a complete joke of a system and needs to be fixed.
well, your fault on spending money on what’s literally just an early access game. That said, yeah, the crashes do need fixing, it’s literally unplayable for me atm…
I believe it became mandatory when people where crashing their own games on purpose to avoid getting banned for just jumping ship. Same with unplugging your Ethernet cord to lag out your game. People saw potentially loop holes and abused them till Bungie ( now 343 ) had to make it.
It’s one of those situations where the actions of few hurt bad eggs unfortunately means everyone gets to suffer from it. They apparently haven’t found a good alternative because they’d had systems like this in place since Halo 2 on the XBox.
Hopefully they can find a way to make the game more stable for everyone. But the penalties will probably never be removed.
well personally i am happy with leavers disconnect or whatever getting banned… 7 games in a row i lose because of quiters or disconnecters. Or maybe they should just make people lose a full level onyx to diamond 1, diamond 6 to gold 1 etc. That way maybe people with wonky internet will not que up and ruin ranked for others… And if it happens to me i would feel i deserve it as i would ruin the game for others.
So I’ve been having this problem to. It really sucks. I havent fixed it. But I found a way to make it happen less lol. Don’t use EXP boost during ranked matches. Now for ME personally, this has somewhat worked lol. Some random guy told me it’s a texture issue. But I have setting on low with 2060 haha. When I had exp boosts going I -Yoink!- you not. I was crashing every other game. Went from Diamond 4 to Diamond 2 I’m about an hour lol. But without it, I crashes about every 6th game roughly. Because of the constant bann. It’s been harder to rank up
