I have only had my Xbox and Halo 5 for less than a week but I am now banned from playing it online. Do you ban people because they are rubbish at the game - which I freely admit I am. Perhaps you should try harder to match people like me (level 9 - and I dont know quite how I got there!) with people who are level 140. Ridiculous.
I have been banned for 2 days now. That’s 2 out of the 6 days I have owned the Xbox and paid for Gold live.
Please get me back online.

And just to clarify, there are no bans regarding skill, it would be pretty ridiculous to ban people because of that.
