Well, today I was playing matchmaking and joined a game in progress. Right when I joined it said I was banned for a week. It doesn’t tell me why or what I did. I haven’t done anything wrong.
Can someone help me?
I just want to know what I did. I don’t know if anyone can actually unban me.
I figured out why. I was quitting frequently due to my dsl internet connection. It is nothing I can help can my ban be lifted. Is there also something that can prevent me being banned in the future because of quitting? Any help is appreciated.
I’m no 343i Employee, but I don’t think you can get unbanned early. I think you have to wait the week and hope your internet connection dosen’t fail on you as much…
now that there’s Join in Progress, there really is no reason to have the police state-esque practice that is quit bans.

I agree with you Mr Gruntsworthy. Why does it auto-ban you for leaving games early?
