I’m completing games fully all the way to the end and then it says disconnected from game, this happened three times in a row and then I was banned from matchmaking it’s getting rather tiresome…

If his connection is so bad that it drops 23 games in 6 days he still deserves a ban until he fixes his internet. He is still ruining the game for others regardless.
