Okays so basically… I have been ‘Banned’ from Halo 4 matchmaking…!
Playing a game of doubles, a few opponents left the lobby before the game had started, not sure if it was my connection or not, but all the game I played, I didn’t quit!
Anyone can look at my recent games list and see!
How long am I banned for?
This is ridicules that this is the first day in months I’ve been able to properly play xbl… and 343 have the audacity to ban me…

I have read it… It fails to state HOW LONG ill be banned for! And by the sound of the post, it was written by an illiterate 12 year old!

Anyway, the ban should last for about 60 minutes if this is your first infraction.
Unfortunately, the game has no way to tell between a lag out, a host boot or a quit, so even if it’s not your fault you will get the blame.
It’s a flawed system, but there’s nothing they can do about it.

Well if not this time, maybe the other few 50 times you quit on purpose. I’ll be honest that I quit over 50 games yet still not banned (mainly JIP and extreme lag).

I was told that the original Ban thread, made by BS Angel was removed due to the number of posts on why players got banned and all that jazz. I’m guessing that she decided to remove it and have another Admin create another one, only this time, you would not be able to posts.
However, this is how the bans go.
If you Quit banned, ban length is:
60 minutes
Usually, thats not a problem. When i get that, it gives me an excuse to take a break, if you know what i mean.
If you, in any way, skill boosted, afk’ing, etc. the ban lengths would be this:
1st Off: 24 Hours
2nd Off: 1 Week
3rd Off: 2 Weeks
4th Off: I don’t think you want to go that far.
