How is 343 going to know why you left? In the case of them allowing you to fill a statement why you went, how many times woulf you not lie to get out of trouble?
You’re paying for XBL yes but you’ve also agreed to the ToS. Basically you have no rights, they could pretty much ban you for kicks 'n giggles and not tell you why, without refunding anything to you.
DNFs count towards bans. You had two on the bounce, and yes, if you need to afk to the lavvy you’ll get kicked and possibly banned, but, you need to take up your XBL fee with MS, you don’t pay 343 for that. Quit ? Get banned.
Xbox live gold is already a steal anyways lol
