banned from "earning xp" ?

Ive got a message that im temporarily banned from earning XP, what does that mean and when or how can I get it back?

It means you’ve reached the limit of how much xp you can earn in one day. You wont be able to earn xp until the next daily challenges release (aka tomorrow)
