Banned from D/C

I was playing Halo 5 on Breakout and I kept on getting lag, causing me to fall out of the map. :confused: Then I began to get disconnected multiple times obviously due to my poor connection. After I was D/C once more I was banned for 5 hours. This shouldn’t even be a thing. I would understand being banned for violag the rule of betrayals, but disconnection should be ignored. Please.

You willingly go in to play despite getting disconnected several times that evening. If your connection is poor, it’s no different than willingly quitting multiple times. It’s on your end.
