so i was sending a msg to another player and he was what looked like a glitch, jumping disappearing and reappearing in other locations…so i msg and report him and on that note i guess i got banned for sending a msg or taking to long sending a msg. Which is a tad stupid in my opinion since your game and system is built on player/player communication.
XBOX LIVE SUPPORT IS A JOKE ! THEY HAVE NO AUTHORITY OVER THEIR GAMES ! I FOUND OUT THEY JUST MONITOR THE GAMES THEY DONT ACTUALLY CONTROLL THEM! WOULD HAVE LIKED TO PLAY AND KNOW THAT THE SYSTEM I AM SUPPORTING WOULD ACTUALLY TRY TO HELP ME, NOT TELL ME THEY HAVE NO AUTHORITY OVER GAMES AND CAN ONLY REVIEW GAME EVENTS. SADLY DISAPPOINTED AND VERY MUCH THINKING ABOUT SWITCHING SYSTEMS.
If you have issues with Xbox Live Support and Xbox Live bans, you would need to take it up with their support members. Any action taken against you from XBL support isn’t anything to do with 343 or Halo Waypoint I’m afraid.
