playing breakout, grab br and about 5 secs laters get walloped by my own team mate. It was deliberate. Next round, he tries it again but I kill him as he tries to do it, I also die. 3rd round, I frag him as he runs over shooting.

You’re (might) going to get a lot of hate because the people of waypoint hate team killers.
If you don’t want to get banned make sure that you don’t actually betray them more than once. If it really is that important to you to retaliate than you should wait for an enemy to tag them, that’s when you kill your incompetent teammate.

Only takes 2 times and you could have banned him. That’s how the system works. Next time don’t retaliate twice. Two wrongs don’t make a right, and 3 wrongs give you a time out.
So to handle a team killing you gotta team kill? Reminds me a lot of early halo ce on mcc. Both of which were the players’ fault of poor conduct in team play.

Then you could boot him, at least that would block him from getting his REQ points. It’s perfectly normal to be mad that your teammate killed you for a weapon. That is absurd and it shouldn’t happen. It might help to play with some friends, they’re much more reliable and won’t kill you for weapons.

Yes, the boot option is after two kills and you don’t add a boot to your own record. Get over it.

I don’t hate him. The little -Yoink- got what he deserved. (The guy taking the BR I mean) Since he didn’t get banned there is some injustice here. It like this, someone punches you in the face. Are you going to not punch back?
I kinda have to agree with you… If I’m playing breakout and i get the BR and do good with it, and then someone team kills me for it, I would either quit, or team kill him every round and -Yoink!- him until I die

I think it is funny when someone kills me for a weapon. The weapon is free game, but nooooo he is entitled to it. Basically I just follow him and screw up their shots. lol.

I would say try to get good with the pistol. The BR is great but if you can pull out some awesome pistol shots, who needs that BR right?

It was your imagination. Or you may have killed someone 2 times and got a temp ban. 
When someone used to TK me for the snipe in H3, I’d waste all the shots before they could kill me.

You can’t literally kill a guy twice. After the first literal murder the one guy would be dead and the police should be called on the first guy.
