I just logged onto my account and started up matchmaker. I played one game, which I finished, and then when I went back to the home screen I get a notification saying I am banned for an hour for quitting. This happened to me yesterday. How do I get this fixed? There doesn’t seem to be anywhere I can contact 343 industries directly and it seems that other people have been having the same problem for quite some time based on what I’ve read online. This problem should’ve been addressed by now.
I’d contact MS game support and ask them about this…
