After a game of capture the flag on team arena with my fireteam, I went to open a req pack. Mind you we weren’t matchmaking. We had backed out completely. My game froze on me in the middle of opening the req pack. I force quit and restarted my game and come to find out I’m banned. Not only am I banned, but it won’t even let me know for how long. Any help from the support team here?
